Wild Women Walks - Beaver Moon (FULL)

  • Darlin Creek Preserve 8998 Lake Lucinda Drive Southwest Olympia, WA, 98512 United States (map)

Join Licia from Firecraft Northwest for November’s Full Moon Wild Women Walk.

This month is the Beaver Moon, a time when beavers are their most active, building dams in preparation for the winter months. We’ll walk the trail at Capitol Land Trust’s Darlin Creek Preserve, a perfect spot for beaver sightings, and take time to reflect on how we’re preparing for our own winter season.

We’ll walk slowly and sometimes silently along the 1.5-2 mile trail so that we can connect with nature, each other, and maybe the local beavers!

This trailhead has a portable toilet and free parking.

Thank you for interest in this outing, but it is now full. Next month’s outing will be posted the week of November 5th. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about upcoming outings and classes.
