Nature Journaling with Capitol Land Trust (FREE)

  • Bayshore Preserve Shelton, Washington, 98584 United States (map)

This guided outing in partnership with Capitol Land Trust’s Second Saturdays begins with a gentle walk through the Bayshore Preserve, taking time to notice the sights and sounds of the landscape. After the walk, we’ll spend time nature journaling—an opportunity to observe the environment more closely through writing, sketching, or other creative expression. No experience necessary.

Whether you enjoy drawing, writing, or simply taking time to notice the details of the natural world, this is a great way to connect with nature and community. No art or writing experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and observe.
