The spoon is hand carved with knife and axe from Spalted Cherry. The wood was sourced from a wind blown bitter cherry (prunus emarginata) tree blocking an old logging road in Rochester, WA. It is finished with walnut oil.

Hand wash only. This project was knife finished, no sandpaper.
