Refund POLicy
Single Day Classes and Workshops
Refunds can be provided if cancellations are made 10 days before the date of the event minus administrative / processing fees (stripe, paypal, etc).
Overnight Events
Each Overnight Event will list specific refund policies on the registration/shop page and on the Firecraft Northwest Events Page. Overnight Events have stricter refund policies due to their timelines and scale (for example, more time is needed to fill a spot than a single day workshop, plus losses are heavier due to venue fees, credit card processing fees, and more administrative requirements).
Private and Custom Events
Clients booking Private and Custom Events will often pay deposits when arranging the session to protect both parties. For situations requiring refunds or other financial adjustments to Private and Custom Events, please contact Ryan directly.

Of course, emergencies and extenuating circumstances happen. Please contact Ryan for refunds based on individual needs/special circumstances.
Handmade Goods
If you are dissatisfied with one of the handmade goods you have purchased, you may return them in new condition for a refund, minus shipping fees and processing fees. Used goods cannot be returned at this time.
